Orders and shipping

Unless otherwise stated, all binders are made to order.
Orders are primarily shipped within 4 weeks of order confirmation. However, in case of overwhelming workloads, illness, or other extenuating circumstances, orders may take up to two calendar months to complete. Please contact me for an up-to-date estimate.
The customer will be notified and domestic orders are provided with a tracking number when the order ships.
Domestic orders ship at a flat rate of 5,50€.
International shipping is available. Shipping costs vary. Tracking is available for an added fee upon request. Inquire if your country is not on the list.
Muunne Apparel is not responsible for delays, damage to items, or lost items after the order is handed off to the carrier.

You can cancel your order by contacting me with the order number within 24 hours of submitting your order.
Standard products: You can return an unworn/unused product (you may try it on, but not wear for an extended amount of time) by contacting me within 14 days of receiving your order. Item price will be refunded, and you will need to pay for return shipping.
Standard products: You can exchange an unworn/unused product (you may try it on, but not wear for an extended amount of time) for an item of the same or lower value by contacting me within 14 days of receiving your order. Item price will be refunded, and the customer pays for return shipping, and for the shipping of the replacement item.
Custom products: Custom products are returnable and exchangeable only in cases of manufacturing defects or faults attributed to the seller. These mistakes do not include features chosen by the customer (i.e. the model, colour, and alterations requested by the customer).
- A "custom product" is any product made in a non-standard, custom size, and/or with alterations to the basic models (such as arm hole and neckline alterations). Products in standard sizes but with other alterations are partially or fully refundable on a case-by-case basis.
